2019 Golf Tournament

Join us for a fun day of golf and fellowship in support of Hospice of Davidson County
This event is a four-person Captain's Choice Tournament.Golfers are encouraged to organize their own team but if you prefer, we will pair you with other participants to create a competitive foursome.
Individual registration $75 per person and includes green fees, cart, lunch plus beverages and snacks throughout the event.
Team registration $300 per team and includes green fees, cart, lunch plus beverages and snacks throughout the events and hole sponsor recognition.
Tee busters and mulligans will be available for $15 each at registration.

Prizes: First Place Trophies for team members plus $300, Second Place Trophies for team members plus $100.
